Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury pie crust package (contains 2 nine-inch crusts)
  • 8 apples, peeled and sliced thin
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • Cinnamon and white sugar mixture (amount as preferred)
  • Brown sugar (amount as preferred)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour, 2 tablespoons cinnamon and white sugar mixture, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and half of the apple slices in the bottom of the pie shell.
  3. Repeat the layering with remaining apples, flour, cinnamon and sugar mixture, and brown sugar.
  4. Seal with the top crust and crimp edges.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown and filling is bubbling.
