- Trim off the hard edges of cornbread and crumble it, the cornbread and the biscuits real fine.
- Add chicken broth to make it about the consistency of mashed potatoes or a little thinner.
- Add onion, celery, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning; taste to see if it is right and then add egg.
- This will make a 9 x 13-inch pan and a smaller pan, too.
- Bake at 350° or 400° until done.
