Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tall can Carnation milk
  • 2 cups small marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3 (6 oz.) packages chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Bring sugar and milk to a boil in a large pan.
  2. Boil gently for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chocolate chips, marshmallows, butter, and vanilla.
  4. Pour in the hot sugar syrup and blend well with beaters.
  5. Pour the mixture into a buttered platter.
  6. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours before cutting into pieces.
