Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix self-rising cornmeal, eggs, creamed corn, sour cream, and sugar together in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased or nonstick 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
