Ingredients

  • 1 large package shells
  • Velveeta cheese
  • potatoes
  • onions
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the large package of shells according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Mash the potatoes and mix in Velveeta cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stuff each cooked shell with the potato and cheese mixture and place in a glass baking dish.
  4. Slice onions and grill them in butter until caramelized.
  5. Pour the grilled onions and melted butter over the stuffed shells.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and heat through at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-30 minutes.
