  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  2. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured board.
  3. Cut the dough into small pieces.
  4. Drop the pieces into hot broth.
  5. If the broth isn't rich enough, add butter to taste.
  6. Use the dough with potatoes, tomatoes, or in a can of cream of chicken soup for an economical meal.
