Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can chunk pineapple
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple and save the juice.
  2. Place the drained pineapple in a baking dish.
  3. Dice the Velveeta cheese and distribute over the pineapple.
  4. Mix the flour and sugar together and sprinkle evenly over the pineapple and cheese.
  5. Pour the reserved pineapple juice over the top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
