Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1 cup raw wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut
  • 1 cup almonds, ground up
  • 1 cup filberts, ground up
  • 2 quarts oatmeal, dry

Instructions

  1. Mix raw sugar, raw wheat germ, toasted coconut, ground almonds, ground filberts, and dry oatmeal with your hands.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on two cookie sheets.
  3. Bake in a 325°F oven for 10 minutes and stir.
  4. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until light brown.
  5. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
