- Put flour in a bowl.
- Add egg in the center of the flour.
- Add water equal to half of an eggshell (approximately 1/4 teaspoon).
- Mix well, incorporating plenty of flour to form a dough.
- Roll the dough on a floured board until very thin.
- Roll the dough into a cylinder and cut into thin strips.
- Drop the noodle strips into boiling broth.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
