Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Put flour in a bowl.
  2. Add egg in the center of the flour.
  3. Add water equal to half of an eggshell (approximately 1/4 teaspoon).
  4. Mix well, incorporating plenty of flour to form a dough.
  5. Roll the dough on a floured board until very thin.
  6. Roll the dough into a cylinder and cut into thin strips.
  7. Drop the noodle strips into boiling broth.
  8. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
