Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, egg, salt, baking powder, and milk to form a stiff dough.
  2. Spoon the dough into boiling salted water or bouillon.
  3. Cook each side for about 5 minutes until dumplings are cooked through and lightly firm.
