Ingredients

  • 3 oz lemon jello
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup concord grape juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon jello in boiling water.
  2. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Mix in the concord grape juice.
  4. Chill until the mixture is slightly thickened.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the chilled grape mixture.
  7. Pour into a mold or serving dish and chill until set.
