Grape-Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Thompson seedless grapes
  • 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 c. celery slices
  • 1/2 c. Kraft creamy cucumber dressing
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 4 cantaloupe wedges

Instructions

  1. Combine grapes, chicken, walnuts and celery.
  2. Add combined dressing and ginger; mix lightly.
  3. Chill.
  4. For each serving, spoon mixture over cantaloupe.
  5. Garnish with additional grapes.
  6. Serves 4.
