Grape Hamburger Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped or grated
  • 6 to 8 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger and onion.
  2. Add crushed saltine crackers.
  3. Add egg and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Form hamburger mixture into small balls.
  7. Place on baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
  9. Turn after 15 minutes baking.
  10. Remove from sheet and drain.
