Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 grape leaf

Instructions

  1. Wash the grape leaves thoroughly.
  2. Place the grape leaf in a quart jar.
  3. Pour boiling vinegar mixture over the grape leaf to cover.
  4. Seal the jar tightly.
  5. Allow to ferment and develop flavor for at least 9 days before opening.
