Grape Leaf Rolls
Grape leaf rolls are flavorful Mediterranean appetizers filled with seasoned rice and meat, wrapped in tender grape leaves. Perfect for sharing at gatherings or as a savory snack.

Instructions
- Wash grape leaves; wash and drain rice.
- Mix rice, lamb or beef, spices, and juice of one lemon.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of meat mixture on the veined side of each grape leaf.
- Fold in the side ends and roll up the leaf completely.
- Line the bottom of a pan with 3 or 4 grape leaves on a pan rack.
- Arrange the rolls evenly in rows, layering and crisscrossing each layer.
- Place an inverted plate on top to hold down the rolls.
- Add water to cover the rolls.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Add the juice of 1 lemon five minutes before removing from heat.
- Serve with yogurt or sour cream.
