Grape Parfait

A delightful frozen treat featuring layers of vanilla ice cream and grape juice, topped with 7-Up for a fizzy finish. Perfect for hot days or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • vanilla ice cream
  • frozen grape juice

Instructions

  1. Spoon about 2 heaping teaspoonfuls of vanilla ice cream into the bottom of parfait glasses.
  2. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of thawed grape juice without diluting it with water.
  3. Add another layer of vanilla ice cream on top of the grape juice layer.
  4. Top with grape juice for the final layer. Cover with foil and freeze.
  5. When ready to serve, let the parfaits soften slightly and pour 7-Up over the top.
