Instructions
- Dice onion and bacon fine.
- Saute onion and bacon with 1/2 cup water until onion is transparent and water has evaporated.
- Stir melted butter into the mixture.
- Soak slice of bread in evaporated milk until completely saturated, stirring to break it up.
- Set aside.
