Ingredients

  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 stick melted butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread melted butter and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until lightly brown on top.
