Ingredients

  • fresh dolphin fillet
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry

Instructions

  1. Make a doubled tinfoil dish with a tinfoil top.
  2. Place the fresh dolphin fillet in the foil dish.
  3. Cover the fillet with half of the combined sauce (melted butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, dry sherry).
  4. Cover with a tinfoil top and either grill or bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
  5. Baste the fish with the remaining sauce halfway through cooking.
