Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 package chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 3/4 cup canned evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked rice, cooked and drained broccoli, cream of celery soup, Cheez Whiz, canned evaporated milk, and melted butter in a buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Top with buttered bread or cracker crumbs.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes.
