Ingredients

  • 1 ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup Egg Beaters or 1 medium egg
  • 1 ounce bread crumbs
  • 8 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese
  • seasonings to taste (onion, garlic, Italian)

Instructions

  1. Mix ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into 16 meatballs.
  3. Brown the meatballs in a Pam-sprayed skillet until evenly cooked.
  4. Add one bottle of spaghetti sauce and one-third of a bottle of water to the skillet.
  5. Simmer the meatballs in the sauce until heated through and flavors meld.
