Ingredients

  • 1 quart milk
  • 3/4 cup ferina (farina)
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat half of the milk and add sugar, butter, and ferina (farina).
  2. Cook for about 15 minutes, ensuring it does not boil.
  3. Keep mixing but do not let it bubble.
  4. When the mixture thickens, turn off the heat and add the remaining milk.
  5. Beat the eggs with a mixer until well mixed.
  6. Add the beaten eggs to the thickened mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350°F until light brown on top.
