Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 c. shredded cabbage
  • 3/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2/3 c. white vinegar
  • 4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Blend sugar, oil, vinegar and salt to make dressing.
  2. Pour over cabbage mixture.
  3. Let stand overnight.
