Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon jello (3 oz.)
  • 1 box lime jello (3 oz.)
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. English walnuts
  • 1 c. cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the lemon and lime jello in 2 cups of hot water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Add mayonnaise, evaporated milk, and crushed pineapple to the jello mixture, and stir well.
  3. Chop English walnuts and add them to the mixture.
  4. Gently fold in cottage cheese until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and chill until firm, about 2-3 hours.
