Green Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp. grated onion

Instructions

  1. Cook egg yolks, sugar and vinegar until thick.
  2. Add peppers and onion.
  3. Remove pan from stove and add cream cheese.
  4. Stir until smooth; chill.
