Green Rice(Casserole)

Ingredients

  • 2 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. each onions and celery
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Cook rice and broccoli in separate pots.
  2. Drain.
  3. While these are cooking, saute onions and celery in a dab of oleo in a skillet.
  4. Add soup to broccoli and cheese to the rice.
  5. Add sauteed stuff and bake in a Pyrex dish at 350° for 20 minutes. Put crushed Ritz crackers and paprika on top.
