Ingredients

  • 1 head purple cabbage
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 box raisins
  • 1 pkg almond slivers
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cut the purple cabbage and broccoli into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add raisins and almond slivers to the vegetables.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 cup of mayonnaise until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to coat evenly.
