Ingredients

  • 12 green bell peppers
  • 12 red bell peppers
  • 12 green tomatoes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pint Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Put green bell peppers, red bell peppers, and green tomatoes through a grinder and drain for 1 hour.
  2. Mix together flour and vinegar.
  3. Add butter, Velveeta cheese, Miracle Whip, yellow mustard, sugar, and salt to the mixture.
  4. Mix all ingredients together and boil for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Seal in jars while hot.
