Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cans chili hot beans
  • 2 cans tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/4 chili pepper, dried and flaked
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger, onion and green pepper lightly in a large skillet and drain. Put in crock-pot.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir. Set on low. Cook 8 hours or overnight or set on high and cook 3 hours.
  4. Stir occasionally. Serve with crackers, salad and cheese wedges.
