- Brown the hamburger, onion and green pepper lightly in a large skillet and drain. Put in crock-pot.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Stir. Set on low. Cook 8 hours or overnight or set on high and cook 3 hours.
- Stir occasionally. Serve with crackers, salad and cheese wedges.
