Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • lemon pepper
  • 1/2 lb. real butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage in half, then slice each half into 5 pieces.
  2. Place the cabbage slices in the center of a large piece of foil.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of butter and lemon pepper on the cabbage. Repeat this process four more times to add more flavor.
  4. Wrap the foil around the cabbage to allow it to steam.
  5. Place the foil-wrapped cabbage on the grill with other items you're cooking.
  6. Grill for approximately 20 minutes until tender and flavorful.
