Grilled Chicken on flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 small chicken breasts
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 sour cream
  • 1 shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 salt, pepper and garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breast and cook in olive oil on low covered
  2. Once done remove from pan and cut into bite size pieces also warm up flatbread in microwave for 30 seconds
  3. Sprinkle flatbread with cheese then top with chicken, cut up avocado, lettuce and sour cream
