Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 slices ham (country cured or smoked)
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • dash of cloves
  • dash of allspice

Instructions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients: pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, cloves, and allspice.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Baste the ham slices with the marinade at the start of grilling.
  4. Continue to baste the ham slices as they are turned until fully cooked and nicely glazed.
