Grilled Pineapple

- Shuck corn; wash and cut thusly:
- Barely tip the kernels and rub back of knife over cob to get all the juice.
- Put a good amount of oil (not butter) in heavy pan.
- Saute onions, green pepper and a little garlic a few minutes.
- Add corn mixture and a lot of water. Cook on medium heat with lid partly on.
- Stir occasionally.
- Add more water if needed.
- Do not add salt until dish is finished because it will make it tough.
- About halfway done (30 or 40 minutes), add some sugar to taste.
- Later add a good amount of butter.
- It is cooked when oil forms around the edges, about an hour.
- Add green onions and parsley if desired.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Remember, plenty of water, oil and butter.
- Good luck! Keep lid partly on.
