Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry red wine
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons red food coloring (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 green onion, cut into pieces
  • 1 (2 lb.) pork tenderloin

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except pork in a large bowl.
  2. Place pork in the bowl; cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
  3. Drain the pork from the marinade.
  4. Grill the pork until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
