Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 Tbsp. broiled steak seasoning salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and slice them without peeling.
  2. Lay out a 1.5-foot-long sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. Spread 1/4 stick of butter on the aluminum foil.
  4. Layer sliced potatoes, chopped onion, and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Pour the remaining butter evenly over the layered potatoes.
  6. Fold the edges of the aluminum foil together and seal tightly.
  7. Twist the ends of the foil to prevent butter from leaking out.
  8. Cover the bundle with a second piece of foil for extra protection.
  9. Grill the foil packet for about 45 minutes until potatoes are tender and cooked through.
