Ingredients

  • 16 oz. canned creamed corn
  • 16 oz. canned corn
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 package Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish.
  2. Drain the canned corn and mix it with the canned creamed corn in a large bowl.
  3. Add the entire package of Jiffy corn bread mix to the bowl.
  4. Stir in the egg, sour cream, and softened butter until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
