Ingredients

  • 1 oz. packet Hidden Valley milk recipe original Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lb. flank steak

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the ranch salad dressing mix in water and olive oil.
  2. Grill the flank steak for 4 minutes on one side.
  3. Brush the top of the steak with half of the dressing mixture and grill for 3 minutes longer.
  4. Turn the steak over and grill for 4 minutes.
  5. Brush the remaining dressing mixture onto the steak.
  6. Grill for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Slice diagonally and serve.
