Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, lemon juice, water, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour the marinade over steaks and let stand out of refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
  3. Preheat grill to hot fire.
  4. Grill steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for rare doneness.
  5. Increase cooking time for medium or well done.
