Ingredients

  • 5 to 7 medium-sized new red potatoes or Yukon golds
  • garlic
  • pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and leave the skins on.
  3. Drizzle the potatoes with oil and season with garlic, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Place the potatoes on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and charred.
  5. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
