Ingredients

  • firm ripe tomatoes
  • fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • drawn butter
  • paprika
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes and sprinkle the top of each half with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil to taste.
  2. Pour drawn butter over each tomato half.
  3. Sprinkle paprika on top of each tomato half.
  4. Run under the broiler until lightly brown and bubbly.
