  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  2. Marinate the swordfish steaks in the mixture for 1 to 3 hours.
