- Peel and chop the ginger root.
- Boil the chopped ginger with 1/2 cup water until a strong ginger flavor develops.
- Cool the ginger infusion and strain through a cloth, squeezing out the ginger.
- Bring 1 cup water to a boil with sugar until dissolved to make ginger syrup.
- Add the tea and ginger water to the syrup and mix well.
- Cut the guavas and press them through a sieve to extract juice.
- Add the guava juice to the cooled ginger tea mixture.
- Combine all the fruit juices: orange, lemon, and pineapple.
- Mix everything thoroughly and serve over ice.
