Guilt Free Roasted Potatoes

- Wash and drain the potatoes, then cut into lengthwise quarters.
- Combine Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder, dried basil, onion powder, and freshly ground pepper on a large paper plate.
- Press the cut surfaces of the potatoes firmly into the cheese and spice mixture.
- Place the potato slices, cut sides down, on a vegetable oil-sprayed cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
- Roast the potatoes in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 30 minutes.
- Turn the potatoes so the other cut side is on the cookie sheet using a metal spatula.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
