Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 green pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and garlic until brown.
  2. Add tomato and saute lightly.
  3. Add ground beef; cook until gray, stirring often.
  4. Add salt and cover with water.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes; add diced potatoes, green beans, and chopped green pepper.
  6. Cook until vegetables are tender; do not overcook.
