Ingredients

  • 1 lb. halibut fillets, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup

Instructions

  1. Place halibut cubes in a casserole dish.
  2. Dust flour over the fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer sliced onions over the fish.
  4. Mix cream of celery soup and milk together.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the onions and fish.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Layer cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
