Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, brown sugar, maple syrup, melted butter, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle chopped pecans on the bottom of each pastry cup.
  3. Pour the prepared filling into each pastry cup over the nuts.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until set and golden.
  5. Allow to cool before serving. Tartlets can be frozen for later use.
