Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. granulated onions
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 to 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Beat all the ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Add water, milk, or beer to achieve a wet batter that sticks to the fish.
  3. Cut the halibut into small pieces.
  4. Dip the fish pieces into the batter.
  5. Fry until light brown and cooked through.
