Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground chuck
  • 2 eggs
  • cracker crumbs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • dash salt
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 cans water
  • sliced onions

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, eggs, cracker crumbs, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, and salt together until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties.
  3. Place the patties into an ungreased skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. In a separate pot, combine mushroom soup and water, then add sliced onions.
  5. Simmer the sauce until heated through and onions are tender.
  6. Serve the patties topped with the mushroom onion sauce.
