Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 oz. halibut
  • 1/4 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 c. butter or oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated garlic
  • 4 sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Place the halibut in foil with all ingredients on top.
  2. Wrap the foil loosely and close each end.
  3. Put the foil packet on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
