Halloween Pumpkins

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 tsp. almond flavor
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
  • 2 2/3 c. finely grated coconut
  • 1/2 c. ground blanched almonds
  • orange food coloring

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine milk, grated coconut, 3 tablespoons gelatin, almond flavoring, and orange food coloring.
  2. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls about 1/2 tablespoon each.
  4. Sprinkle remaining gelatin into a dish.
  5. Roll each coconut ball in the gelatin to coat.
  6. Place the coated balls on waxed paper.
  7. Chill until firm. Cloves can be inserted to create pumpkin faces.
